OshiraLabs（以下「当開発者」）は、PDFtoCal（以下「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集・利用する情報について説明するものです。
OshiraLabs ("Developer") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how PDFtoCal ("App") collects and uses information.
PDFtoCalは、iCalendar（.ics）ファイルまたはテキストをAndroidデバイスのカレンダーに登録するアプリです。
PDFtoCal registers iCalendar (.ics) files or text into your Android device's calendar.
PDFからiCalへの変換そのものは本アプリ内では行われません。「AIで変換」機能を使うと、選んだPDFや写真をユーザー自身が選んだAIアプリへ橋渡しできますが、変換を行うのはそのAIアプリであり、本アプリではありません。詳しくは次の「AIで変換の機能」をご覧ください。
PDF-to-iCal conversion itself is not performed within this App. The "Convert with AI" feature lets you hand off a PDF or photo to an AI app of your choice, but the conversion is performed by that AI app, not by PDFtoCal. See "Convert with AI" below for details.
「AIで変換」をご利用の際、選択したPDFや写真は、Androidの共有機能を通じて、あなたが選んだAIアプリに渡されます。PDFtoCalがこれらのファイルをOshira Labsのサーバーや第三者に送信することはありません。受け渡しのため端末内の一時領域にコピーを作成しますが、このコピーは自動的に削除されます（起動時に24時間を超えたものをまとめて削除するほか、選択を解除した時点でも個別に削除されます）。
When you use "Convert with AI", the PDFs or photos you choose are passed, through Android's share feature, to the AI app that you choose. PDFtoCal does not send these files to Oshira Labs or to any other party. To hand them over, the App makes a temporary copy in a cache area on your device; this copy is deleted automatically (copies older than 24 hours are cleared each time the App starts, and a copy is also removed immediately if you remove that file from your selection).
AIアプリに渡したファイルの取り扱いは、そのAIアプリの提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。シフト表などには他の方のお名前が含まれる場合がありますので、共有の際はご配慮ください。
How the AI app handles your files is governed by that app provider's privacy policy. Schedules such as shift tables may include other people's names, so please share them with care.
AIへの指示文の雛形は、Firebase Remote Configにより配信される場合があります。配信されるのは指示文の雛形のみで、お客様のファイルの内容や「わたしの情報」に登録した内容が含まれることはありません。
The instruction template used for the AI may be delivered via Firebase Remote Config. Only the template text is delivered this way — it never includes the contents of your files or anything you have entered in "My details".
「わたしの情報」に登録した名前・シフト記号・補足メモは、端末内にのみ保存され、Oshira Labsへ送信されることはありません。これらがAIアプリに渡るのは、本アプリが自動でコピーした指示文を、ユーザー自身がAIアプリに貼り付けて送信したときだけです。
Your names, shift codes, and notes entered in "My details" are stored only on your device and are never sent to Oshira Labs. They reach an AI app only when you yourself paste the instructions — which the App copies for you — into that app and send them.
Androidの自動バックアップが有効な場合、「わたしの情報」はほかのアプリ設定と同様に、ユーザーのGoogleアカウントへの端末バックアップに含まれることがあります。詳しくは「自動バックアップについて」をご覧ください。
If Android's automatic backup is turned on, "My details" may be included in your device's backup to your Google account, like other app settings. See "Automatic Backup" below for details.

アプリの使われ方を把握するためにGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを、アプリが異常終了した際の診断情報（端末の機種、OSのバージョン、発生箇所など）を受け取るためにFirebase Crashlyticsを利用しています。収集するのは、どの機能が開かれたか、取り込みが成功したか、どの種類のエラーが起きたか、といった操作に関する情報です。これらのサービスはFirebaseインストールIDやアプリインスタンスIDなどの識別子を使用し、IPアドレスからおおよその地域を推定することがあります。
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used, such as which features are opened, whether an import succeeded, and which type of error occurred. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive diagnostic information when the App crashes, such as the device model, OS version, and where the crash happened. These services use identifiers such as the Firebase installation ID and app instance ID, and may estimate your approximate region from your IP address.
PDF・写真・予定の内容（タイトル、日時、場所、説明）、ファイル名、URL、「わたしの情報」に入力した内容は一切含めません。件数は「1〜5件」のような幅でのみ記録し、正確な件数は送りません。
We never include the contents of your PDFs, photos, or events (titles, dates, locations, descriptions), file names, URLs, or anything you enter in "My details". Event counts are recorded only as ranges (for example, "1–5"), never as exact numbers.

これらのデータは端末内でのみ処理されます。現時点では外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。将来的に機能追加により送信が生じる場合は、明示的な同意を求めた上でポリシーを更新します。
This data is processed only on your device. At this time, no calendar data is transmitted to external servers. Should future features require transmission, explicit consent will be requested and this policy will be updated accordingly.
本アプリがインターネット接続を使用する目的は以下に限定されます：

「URLで取り込む」機能では、入力されたURLはお客様の端末からその配信元サーバーへ直接送信されます。Oshira Labsのサーバーを経由することはなく、当開発者がこの通信の内容を取得することもありません。取得したカレンダーの内容と入力したURLは、端末内（取り込み履歴）にのみ保存されます。
With "Import from URL", the URL you enter is sent directly from your device to that URL's own server. This communication does not pass through any Oshira Labs server, and the Developer does not receive its contents. The fetched calendar content and the URL you entered are stored only on your device, as part of your import history.
上記を除き、お客様のiCalデータや入力内容が本アプリによって外部（Oshira Labsのサーバーや第三者）に送信されることはありません。
Other than as described above, no iCal data or other input is transmitted externally — to any Oshira Labs server or third party — by the App.

Data collection and processing by the third-party services listed above is carried out by each service provider (primarily Google) acting as a service provider (processor).
欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、スイスでは、広告に関する同意の選択に応じて、FirebaseとGoogleアナリティクスを通じた広告目的でのデータ利用も制御されます（Google同意モード）。上記「分析とクラッシュ報告」で説明した利用状況の分析は、同意の有無にかかわらず、アプリの改善を目的として行われます。
In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, your consent choices for ads also control how Google may use data for advertising purposes through Firebase and Google Analytics (Google Consent Mode). The usage analytics described under "Analytics and Crash Reports" above are collected to improve the App regardless of your consent choice.
選択は、ヘルプ画面内の「広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズ広告のオプトアウトは、端末設定（設定 › Google › 広告）からも変更できます。
You can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy settings" in the Help screen. You can also reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads from your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
本アプリは、Android OSが提供する自動バックアップを無効化していません。そのため、「わたしの情報」や取り込み履歴（取り込んだカレンダーの内容、「URLで取り込む」で入力したURLを含みます）は、ほかのアプリの設定と同様に、ユーザーのGoogleアカウントへの端末バックアップおよび機種変更時のデータ移行の対象になることがあります。
The App does not disable Android's automatic backup feature. As a result, "My details" and your import history (including imported calendar content and any URL entered via "Import from URL") may be included, like other app settings, in your device's backup to your Google account and in data transfer when you switch devices.
これはAndroid OSの標準機能によるものであり、当開発者がこれらのデータを取得・保管することはありません。
This occurs through a standard Android OS feature; the Developer does not obtain or store this data as a result of it.
