OshiraLabs（以下「当開発者」）は、Shikup（以下「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明するものです。
OshiraLabs ("Developer") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how Shikup ("App") handles information.
本アプリは、日々のページを記録するノートアプリです。書きたい日にページを開き、文章・写真・貼り付けたテキスト・スタンプなどを残せます。カレンダーの空欄を埋めるような催促や、継続を求める仕組みはありません。
The App is a notebook for recording daily pages. Open a page on the days you want to, and add writing, photos, pasted text, and stamps. It contains no prompts urging you to fill in empty days and no mechanism that pushes you to keep a streak.
当開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。具体的に、以下のいずれも行いません：
The Developer does not collect any personal information through the App. Specifically, the App does none of the following:
本アプリは、ユーザーが書いた本文・貼り付けたテキスト・写真・タグ・スタンプなどのページの中身を、ユーザー自身が端末内で選んだ保存先フォルダにファイルとして保存します。このフォルダはユーザーの管理下にあり、他のアプリやファイルアプリから直接読み書きできます。当開発者がこれらの内容を取得・閲覧することはありません。
The App saves the content you write — body text, pasted text, photos, tags, and stamps — as files inside a folder you choose on your device. This folder remains under your control and can be read or edited directly by other apps or a file manager. The Developer never accesses or views this content.
これに加えて、検索を素早くするための索引キャッシュや、配色テーマ・ボタン配置などの設定値をアプリ内部にのみ保存します。これらは外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
In addition, the App keeps a search index cache and settings such as your chosen color theme and button placement in its own private storage. None of this is ever transmitted to an external server.
本アプリをアンインストールすると、アプリ内部のキャッシュや設定は削除されます。一方、ユーザーが選んだ保存先フォルダ内のページ自体は端末に残ります。プレーンなファイルとして保存されているため、アンインストール後もファイルアプリ等から読み書きできます。
Uninstalling the App removes its internal cache and settings. The pages themselves, however, remain in the folder you selected, since they are stored as plain files — they stay readable and editable from a file manager even after uninstalling.
本アプリは、Android標準の共有機能を通じて、他のアプリから写真・テキスト・ファイルを受け取り、その日のページに追加できます。これはユーザーが共有操作を行った場合にのみ発生し、当開発者が能動的に他アプリの情報を取得することはありません。受け取った内容は前述のとおり、端末内の保存先フォルダに保存されるのみです。
The App can receive photos, text, and files shared from other apps via Android's standard share function, adding them to that day's page. This only happens when you actively choose to share something into the App — the Developer never proactively retrieves information from other apps. As described above, anything received is simply saved to your on-device folder.
本アプリは、インターネット通信を行うための権限（INTERNET）を持っていません。通信機能自体が存在せず、完全にオフラインで動作します。
The App does not hold the permission required to access the internet (INTERNET). It has no networking capability at all and operates entirely offline.
本アプリは、Android OSが提供する自動バックアップの対象から明示的に除外しています。書いたページ自体はユーザーが選んだ保存先フォルダにあり、そもそもバックアップすべき本体は端末の中にあります。一方、機種変更時に保存先フォルダへのアクセス権限や本文の索引キャッシュだけが引き継がれても、復元先では正しく機能しないため、混乱を避ける目的で対象外としています。
The App is explicitly excluded from Android's automatic backup mechanism. Your written pages already live in the folder you chose, so there is nothing that needs backing up in that sense. Carrying over only the folder-access permission or the body-text index cache to a new device would not work correctly there, so it is excluded to avoid confusion.
当開発者は、そもそもユーザーの個人情報を収集していないため、第三者に提供・開示する情報を保有していません。
As the Developer collects no personal information in the first place, there is no information to share or disclose to third parties.
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とするものではなく、いかなる年齢のユーザーからも個人情報を収集しません。
The App is not directed at any particular age group and collects no personal information from users of any age.
本アプリが扱う情報はすべて端末内にあり、ユーザー自身が完全に管理できます。ページの内容は保存先フォルダから直接確認・編集・削除でき、アプリ内部の設定やキャッシュはアンインストールすることで削除されます。当開発者側で保管しているデータは存在しないため、当開発者に削除を依頼すべき情報はありません。
All information the App handles resides on your device and is entirely under your control. Page contents can be viewed, edited, or removed directly from your chosen folder, and the App's internal settings and cache are removed by uninstalling it. Since the Developer holds no data of yours, there is nothing for which a deletion request to the Developer would be necessary.
