OshiraLabs（以下「当開発者」）は、SpiroFace（以下「本アプリ」）におけるプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報について説明するものです。
OshiraLabs ("Developer") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how SpiroFace ("App") handles information.
本ポリシーは、スマートフォン用アプリおよびペアリングしたWear OS端末にインストールするウォッチ側アプリの双方に適用されます。
This policy applies both to the phone app and to the companion app installed on your paired Wear OS device.
本アプリは、幾何学模様のウォッチフェイスをスマートフォン上でデザインし、ペアリング済みのWear OS端末へ転送するアプリです。複数のテンプレートと針スタイルを組み合わせ、時・分・秒などのレイヤーごとに形状や配色を調整できます。
The App lets you design geometric watch faces on your phone and send them to a paired Wear OS device. You can combine a variety of pattern templates and hand styles, and tune the shape and colours of each layer — hour, minute, second and so on — individually.
作成したデザインは端末内に保存でき、Watch Face Push によってウォッチへ転送されます。本アプリの利用にあたり、アカウント登録やログインは必要ありません。
Designs you create are saved on your device and delivered to the watch via Watch Face Push. No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。
The App does not collect any personal information whatsoever.

これらは当開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。本アプリをアンインストールすると、すべて削除されます。
None of this is transmitted to any Developer server. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.
「Push to Watch」を実行すると、デザインのデータがペアリング済みのWear OS端末へ転送されます。この転送は、お使いの端末とウォッチとの間で、AndroidのWear OS連携機能（Google Play開発者サービス）を通じて行われます。当開発者が運営するサーバーを経由することはなく、当開発者が転送内容を受け取ることもありません。
When you tap "Push to Watch", the design data is transferred to your paired Wear OS device. The transfer takes place between your phone and your watch through Android's Wear OS connectivity features (Google Play services). It does not pass through any server operated by the Developer, and the Developer never receives its contents.
転送されるのは、模様や針の形状・配色を表す設定値と、そこから生成されたウォッチフェイスのデータのみです。連絡先・位置情報・健康データなど、ウォッチフェイスの表示に関係のない情報が転送されることはありません。
Only the settings that describe the pattern, hands and colours, together with the watch face generated from them, are transferred. No information unrelated to displaying the watch face — such as contacts, location or health data — is ever sent.
なお、Wear OSの連携機能そのものにおける情報の取り扱いは、Google LLC のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
Information handling within the Wear OS connectivity features themselves is governed by the privacy policy of Google LLC.
本アプリは、デザインの作成・保存・ウォッチへの転送のいずれにおいても、インターネット接続を必要としません。本アプリ自身が外部サーバーへ情報を送信する通信は一切ありません。
The App requires no internet connection to create designs, save them, or send them to your watch. The App itself performs no communication that transmits information to any external server.
本アプリは以下の権限を使用します。いずれもウォッチフェイスの転送および表示に必要なものであり、情報の収集を目的とするものではありません：

The Developer obtains no information through these permissions.
本アプリのウォッチフェイス転送機能をご利用いただくには、Wear OS 6 以降のウォッチと、ウォッチ側アプリのインストールが必要です。これらはアプリの動作条件であり、追加の情報収集を伴うものではありません。
Using the watch face delivery feature requires a watch running Wear OS 6 or later, with the companion app installed. These are functional requirements and involve no additional collection of information.
当開発者は、そもそもユーザーの個人情報を収集していないため、第三者に提供・開示する情報を保有していません。
As the Developer collects no personal information in the first place, there is no information to share or disclose to third parties.
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とするものではなく、いかなる年齢のユーザーからも個人情報を収集しません。
The App is not directed at any particular age group and collects no personal information from users of any age.
本アプリが保存する情報はすべて端末内にあり、ユーザー自身が完全に管理できます。保存済みのデザインはアプリ内でいつでも削除でき、本アプリをアンインストールすることですべて削除されます。ウォッチに転送済みのウォッチフェイスは、ウォッチ側での削除、またはウォッチ側アプリのアンインストールにより削除されます。当開発者側に削除を依頼すべきデータは存在しません。
All information the App stores resides on your device and is entirely under your control. Saved designs can be deleted within the App at any time, and uninstalling the App removes everything. Watch faces already delivered to your watch can be removed on the watch itself, or by uninstalling the companion app. There is no data held by the Developer for which a deletion request would be necessary.
